Scope Of Work

This pro shop was damaged in hurricane Irma allowing the upgrade including new impact rated windows, updated lighting, flooring amd a rearrangement of the retail space for better flow

The exterior gable end had to be complete rebuilt including the base of all teh steel supports that had deteriorated 

We worked with a local window vendor to provide all new storefront units that meet impact codes along with a Low E glass to help with the summer sunshine

Mebership was very pleased with the upgrades and they found more members hanging out in the sitting areas as they enjoy the view
