DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The new work included complete demolition of existing bathroom and total remodel with a new bathtub in a new location as indicated, a new vanity, sinks, and counter top with new associated hardware (faucets, etc.), a new ceramic tile floor, new ceramic tile walls, a new bathtub in a new location, new location for existing door and frame (the existing door will be located in a reverse swing, with appropriate relocated and reconfigured hardware), a new toilet, new cabinet above the toilet, three new mirrors, new lighting, new paint, etc.
