PSI General Contractors

PSI General Contractors was established in 1987 as a full service construction company. Christopher John Neil, President of PSI, was born in Palm Springs in 1957. After graduating from P.S. High School, Christopher went into the electrical trade for 15 years. During that time, at the age of twenty, he built his first personal home in an undeveloped area of the desert, which is now known as Cathedral City, and he has been building ever since! 

From large to small projects, our goal is to bring your visions to life! We enjoy working with our clients on an array of construction including new homes, remodels, and restorations. And we specialize in mid-century modern and southwestern styles. PSI also builds custom pools and spas with a family history in the pool industry established in 1954! Here’s a fun fact: We have used helicopters to access large hillside home construction sites!

PSI is honored to have completed restoration on world-famous architectural properties including Wexler, Alexander, and Cody homes, many of which are listed with the National Register of Historic Places!  Proudly, several of our projects have been published in Palm Springs Life magazine in addition to other well known publications over the years.
