Scope Of Work
Harford Day School’s 10,695 square foot addition incorporated a number of “green” elements, many of which are contained beneath the surface of the Bel Air, MD-area private school. This includes the installation of a geothermal HVAC system which provides a cost-efficient system to provide warmth and air-conditioning through all four seasons.
Mullan earned a Merit Award from the Baltimore Metropolitan Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) for this work. It included the construction of a new addition to the school featuring a new multi-purpose room and stage, two science rooms and additional office space.
