McDougall Devcon was founded by Kevin McDougall in 1999 to provide exceptional civil engineering, land surveying and construction services.  Current professional licenses held are for Civil Engineering and Land Surveying with key knowledge in real estate and general contracting.  Our staff has up to 30 years of consecutive experience and has completed hundreds of projects spanning municipal, residential and commercial improvements.  We have a passion for the work with a strong technical background.  We like our work done on time and under budget.

Land surveying services are scoped to meet specific project needs. Our experienced surveyors work on many different types of surveys and development projects.
