Scope Of Work
Type: Historic restoration and expansion of a circa 1748 building into classrooms, flex-space and administrative space.
Challenges: Preserving the historic elements of the building while constructing modern systems and amenities featured in 21st century educational facilities on an occupied and operational school campus.
Client: Riverbend School is a dynamic school whose history includes the merger of two highly respected Montessori schools, Natick Montessori and Eliot Montessori, to create a learning experience that spans the Toddler years right up through Middle School.
