Delivery Method: Construction Management
Type: Ground-up construction for a state-of-the-art, LEED Gold certified library building that earned the 2018 AIA/ALA Library Building Award.
Challenges: Preservation/restoration of the historic one-room library building circa 1897 (listed on the National Register of Historic Places) and integrating it into the design of the new library building.
