Our Story
COAST LAND DEVELOPMENT IS A FULL SERVICE SITE WORK CONTRACTOR
Our management team is backed by our highly skilled employees along with a strong fleet of heavy equipment. We currently have 30 employees, 1 of which is solely dedicated to maintaining and repairing our trucks and heavy equipment to ensure uninterrupted service.
Coast was founded by Peter and Carey Brittain in 1984. Current key personnel include Pete and Carey along with their two sons Peter and Kyle.
To compliment our On-Site Services we also have a state of the art estimating program. Agtek allows us to be very accurate at time of bidding and when relaying information to our crews and equipment in the field.
