Scope Of Work
The Bass Pro store is a 180,000 SF highly themed retail, entertainment and educational facility designed to attract both the new and seasoned outdoors enthusiast. The building is comprised of a structural steel frame, concrete tilt-up panels, plaster veneer metal stud framing, and a glass/aluminum storefront. Virtually every exposed surface is themed to replicate a wood timber lodge surrounded by a range of outdoor environments. Wood and faux wood cladding, stone veneer, themed plaster and painted murals are among the materials used. Special features include a restaurant, an indoor “mountain” with waterfalls and a climbing wall, two aquariums totaling over 5,500 gallons, an indoor archery range, and an indoor pistol range.
