Nate is an All Star Athlete who takes what he learned on the field and applies it to business.  Teamwork is a fundamental principle in his business approach, whether it is working with his men in the field, or coordinating with General Contractors and Architects on designs.  He started out as a hod carrier and has elite experience in every masonry position. His vast experience in masonry drives those on his team to build the best quality craftsmanship into every project.  He has developed a high level of respect among General Contractors as a business owner due to all his experience and qualities.

Roby has his Level 3 Certification with the Air Barrier Association of America.  He is well versed in a variety of products and has worked with General Contractors and Architects to design effective Waterproofing and Air Barrier systems that provide long term protection. His specialty is Fluid Applied Air Barrier. He insists on a high level of quality from his installers and conducts quality evaluations that often exceed the expectations of third party inspectors.  If you want it done right, call Roby.

Carla is the assistant to the founder of 303 Building Envelopes (CEO) Nate Sungy.  She comes to the company with 20 years experience in public education as an executive professional.  Her qualifications cater to human resources, office management, and safety.
