Sometimes moving forward means looking to the past for inspiration.  In 2008, when most manufacturers were looking to offshore their production, Garden Light LED made the intentional decision to bring integrated LED manufacturing to the U.S.  In 2013, we doubled down on that decision by investing in advanced robotic manufacturing capabilities that allowed us to complete the American-made process.  The investment has paid off, as the quality of products we can produce is unmatched, resulting in fewer callbacks for our installers and happier customers.

CNC Controlled Systems Lighting Production Technology

CNC Machine manufacturing, also known as Computer numeric control (CNC) machining, is a process that automates the operation of machine tools via precisely programmed computer commands that Garden Light LED uses to create high-quality, robust lighting fixture designs. CNC machining became the industry standard in the late 60s and has remained a preferred machining method to this day by leading manufacturers. With CNC precision machining, our Garden Light LED factory in the USA can produce numerous types of state of the art LED Landscape Lighting fixtures. With an ultimate dedication that ensures our high-tech LED light fixture designs along with unique advanced part components, which are always quality controlled tested extensively for our customers from the start, with an extremely high degree of accuracy and precision.
