Scope Of Work
Completed in 2017, this project was a first generation tenant office fit-up in the popular Brier Creek area of Raleigh, NC. Designed specifically to meet the family-style needs of the dynamic Keller Williams realestate model, this open floor plan includes perimeter private offices, multiple meeting rooms, break rooms, IT specialty rooms, a beautiful reception area, customer service areas, and the unglamorous but always-necessary storage spaces.
