Founded by Jim Thomas in 2007, OTS was created using the acronyms for On The Spot. Through the years, OTS has not lost touch with the core values that have led to a decade of success.

Our strategic location in Baytown, Texas is central to one of the fastest growing areas in Texas. Being in such a central location has allowed us to build strong relationships with suppliers which, in turn, allows us to buy our core products locally and at a competitive price.
