Chris Staten, the president and founder of CADCO Heating and Cooling, started this business 25 years ago with a couple things in mind. He wanted to change the HVAC world around us by offering the best products and customer service in the industry. Chris is “The Geothermal Expert” of the tri-state area. He has personally installed over 750 geothermal systems. CADCO was founded on hard work and character. The company follows his lead in being the best in the Tri-State and offering superior customer service! Chris truly believes in the term “team” and putting all the pieces to the puzzle together.

Jessica grew up in Flatwoods, KY and has always been immersed in the HVAC industry and the family business. She has worked at CADCO Heating and Cooling, Inc. for over 5 years and currently attends Ashland Community and Technical College taking business administration courses.  She has used her exceptional knowledge of finance she acquired while she was a branch manager to help modernize and bring immense organization to CADCO.
