Brian Brooks has been part of the InterServ family since 1989. Throughout his tenure, Brian has played an instrumental role in the development and guidance of the company and its business units through a period of un-equaled growth, further securing the company’s position as an industry leader in full-service, full scale hotel and resort renovations. During his career, Brian has been involved with the technical and business aspects of managing multi-project portfolios for InterServ’s many customers and successfully completing more than $200 million in hospitality renovation projects.

Eli has been in the real estate industry for almost 30 years. His experience has been providing leadership with many real estate services as well as structuring a sizable real estate portfolio. The breadth of his experience is in most sectors of the real estate industry including hospitality opportunities and services.

Gil has been a developer and principal of many projects throughout the United States for over 40 years. His experience includes construction, re-development and acquisition of real estate covering most product types, including hotels.

Sagi Cohen provides more than 20 years of award-winning marketing and management experience. As a Chairman at InterServ he provides strategic counsel for brand growth and development.

Udi Rosha was not only the co-founder of InterServ, but he was also a force to be reckoned with. He was an industry expert who made it his life’s work to create and build a brand that represented value, integrity and quality. Udi had more than 31 years of hospitality-specific construction experience and was actively involved in overseeing all business activities of InterServ and its business units. Udi also made it a priority to ensure each and every client received the personal attention they deserved.

Udi’s vision for growing and expanding InterServ into a national brand allowed the company to establish itself as the benchmark against which competitors are judged.

A valued member of the Interserv family since 2012, Victor is an accomplished, determined, and results-driven construction manager with 15+ years of demonstrated experience managing multimillion dollar commercial, retail, hotels, restaurants, and healthcare service projects. Victor is always dedicated to providing clients with an exceptional experience and superior product on time and under budget.

Trained as an Architectural woodworker/cabinetmaker/detailer/draftsman, owner of an architectural woodworking company for 10 years, field manager for residential interior design firm, project manager for architectural woodworking firm, project manager/estimator for general contractors, experience in high end custom residential interiors, hotel interiors including public spaces and restaurants, commercial business interiors, institutional interiors.

As Senior PM, Led the Complete renovation of the Park Central Hotel, a 935 room property in midtown Manhattan. $40 million. Completed in 8 months of 2013. 
Also, renovation of Wyndham Midtown 45 phase 1&2. 2014, 2015. 
Project Manager for complete major capital renovation of The London NYC Hotel, including 560 rooms, meeting spaces, lobby, offices, exterior. $50million +
Project Manager for new build out of Gordon Ramsey's first Restaurant in the U.S.A. $7million +, 16 week completion schedule.
Project Manager for the rooms renovation project at The DoubleTree Times Sqaure, 500 + rooms $8million +, 7 month schedule.

Specialties: Estimating, purchasing, architectural drawing, Union and Non-union work, field management, Bid negotiations and procurement, an expert knowledge in Architectural woodworking, carpentry, lay-out, etc.

At CalAsia, for almost 10 years Bryce worked as a project estimator while also learning about architecture and engineering through practical application. During this time, he was also drafting plans for Design Build clients. In August of 2016 he was promoted to Chief Estimator and a little over a year later, he was also tasked with managing the Design Build Department concurrently.

George’s previous experience as a project superintendent was the springboard for his move tostimating in 2000 and has been a seasoned Chief Estimator / Manager of Estimating for over nine years before joining InterServ. He is an accomplished estimator with extensive experience in hospitality and commercial construction and renovation. His experience in high-end general contracting, specializing in hospitality renovations, makes him a valuable asset to the InterServ team.

Josh has more than 10 years of industry experience and recently completed the tallest high-rise project (314 meters) in Thailand, where he spent 4 years. Josh specializes in commercial projects and high-rise development.

Richard has more than 11 years of experience in estimating costs for multi-million dollar projects. He specializes in complete renovations, five-star properties and is applauded for his detailed demeanor, ensuring accurate and on-point estimates every time.

With over 25 years of construction experience, Manager Jason is responsible for developing cost-effective project plans and timelines, selection of subcontractors, and continually improving field operations with innovative construction management techniques while never losing sight of industry fundamentals and quality control. His most important role is serving as main point person for projects, reporting to owners and consultants about progress and any necessary modifications of plans as needed.

For over 15 years Joseph has managed an array of projects throughout his construction career ranging from ground-up construction, historical renovations, hospitality and military projects. Joseph has utilized his knowledge of building systems coupled with management techniques he has honed throughout his construction career to implement policies and procedures that safely deliver projects on time, within budget, and with unparalleled quality.

Julian Rosha is a management support associate responsible for project administration and support. He manages tasks, deadlines and details to ensure each project adheres to industry standards.

With a track record of measurable results, Karen Schakarov brings 20 years of comprehensive senior management. and marketing expertise servicing Fortune 100 companies to her role at InterServ as brand ambassador and strategic marketing executive.

Mary is a results driven leader in accounting and finance, with extensive hands on experience in global publicly traded corporations. Mary is proficient in all aspects of accounting, financial planning, budgeting, treasury and investor relations.

Sheerly has been a valued member of the InterServ family since 2014, getting a bird’s eye view of team management and operations working on special projects as Executive Assistant for Co-Founder Udi Rosha. In 2018 Sheerly was appointed HR Manager, focusing in all aspects of human resources to include employee relations, organizational development, compensation & benefits, driving culture initiatives and much more.  She received her Masters’ degree in Human Resources from Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School.
