Hard-based asphalt emulsion seal coating that cures to an extremely attractive, touch, wear-resistant and smooth surface. A combination of specially refined asphalt emulsions, mineral fillers, advance polymer modifiers and pigments. Extends the life of pavement protecting from salts, chemicals petroleum products and elements which break down asphalt.

• Highly wear-resistant, non-skid surface
• Asbestos free-safe even for schools and restaurants
• contains no organic fibers for extreme stability
• Excellent hot and cold weather performance
• Protects pavement at minimum cost

One heavy coat of seal coating using a spray application. the entire area will be cleaned using a power bloom, blowers and blow torch to remove weeds and debris.

Crack Filling Details:

SA Premier is a fast curing, premium quality, hot applied single component crack and joint sealant. Our best all-around sealant. Only the most appropriate high-quality synthetic elastomers, polymers, and antioxidants meeting exacting standards are used in combination with select asphalt plasticizers and naturally occurring reinforcing materials. The sealant contains no solvent, is highly waterproof and resistant to a wide range of salts, bases, and organic materials. When properly sampled and heated to maximum temperatures in accordance with ASTM D-5167, SA Premier meets or exceeds modified ASTM-6690 Type 1, ASTM D-6690 Type II, modified AASHTO and FAA specifications.

Remove broken asphalt and hauled out debris,

Apply tack (CSS1) coat and pre-level low areas with compacted HMA 2in, Asphalt patch in two lifts, compacted separately

Extruded curb 5 sack mix will be applied with concrete glue, cut joints every 10’ and weep holes applied where needed
