Scope Of Work
This project consists of two buildings that contain 120 units of high-end condominiums and nearly 4,000 square feet of retail space. The buildings are constructed of reinforced concrete and brick and stucco exterior. Heated underground parking is provided at each building with two stalls per condominium unit. The site work provides a serene environment, featuring a reflecting pond, decorative site walls and elaborate landscaping. JE Dunn also performed the build-out for each condominium unit, which feature high-end finishes and amenities.
