1. Jim Moore, President has been an actual roofer with over 35 years in the business, 9 here in Houston.  There isn’t a roof he hasn’t installed and system he doesn’t fully understand.  He oversees quality on all projects.

2. We have employees not subs.  This is huge because we control our schedule and quality. 

3. We are bondable, we have full insurances including umbrella and legitimately provide workers comp on our roofers who again, are our employees. 

4. We have a direct relationship with manufacturers allowing us to leverage the best pricing for materials with no overhead of a supplier. 

5. We own all our own buildings, equipment, trucks, metal shop, etc. etc.  Our pricing is competitive because we don’t have huge overhead that most all other roofing companies our size have.
