In 2001, Noel and Joanna Flores, along with Hector Garcia, founded Vision Construction Company Incorporated. Vision soared quickly in the government arena, with over 20 set-aside contracts awarded within the last three years. “Commitment to Excellence,” is Vision’s philosophy, which defines the core of our heart and reason for existence.

Vision is a certified Small Business Administration (SBA) 8 (a) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB). We are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas with branch offices in McAllen, Laredo, and Corpus Christi, Texas.

As a small general contractor, Vision Construction Company, Inc. quickly became known in Laredo, TX and the surrounding towns of South Texas. Early projects involved the local hospital, Laredo Medical Center. Vision was responsible for several newly constructed medical offices and clinics.

Receiving great recognition and achieving success in Laredo, Vision pushed forward to new heights. Company goals included attaining federal certification as an 8 (a) General Contractor, a designation achieved in January 2009. Adding to this success in April 2010, Vision opened a new corporate office in San Antonio, TX. That move secured projects at Lackland Air Force Base and Camp Bullis.
