Originally founded in 1975 as a subsidiary of RFS, Inc., a premier real estate developer in the mid-south, Grace Construction has been an independent, free standing construction company since 1994. We offer a comprehensive array of services including feasibility studies, estimating, construction management and general contracting.

Having built dozens of properties under the developer umbrella, we acquired and retain a perspective very unique to our business: the perspective of an owner. No other construction company has a better understanding of the concerns, the expectations and the needs of an owner - before, during and after the development process - than we do. And certainly no other construction company has the unique skill set of financial awareness, technical capability, project management and quality control that we possess - a necessary skill set to protect the owner’s position in today’s world of tough economic conditions and razor thin margins.
