M&S Flooring Company History Michael and Susan Webster founded M&S Flooring, Inc February 1, 1994. In early 2010, M&S Flooring became a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise, was certified by the City of Dayton as a Woman-Owned Business, and obtained E.D.G.E. (Encouraging, Diversity, Growth, & Equity) Certification from the State of Ohio. We are proud members FCICA, Dayton Chamber of Commerce, and ABC (Associate Builders and Contractors).
