Perfect CC Midwest is a family owned & operated industrial resurfacing contractor based out of IL, serving the entire midwest region.  We have invested in large surface grinding equipment to provide quicker speed of service while never reducing quality of final product.  We are currently providing mastic/concrete grinding, polished concrete & epoxy coatings to any size project in IL & for outside of IL, a minimum project size of 10,000 sf is required.  Our traveling crews are setup to task projects in excess of 200,000 sf.

Aside from surface prep & finished industrial flooring- Perfect CC Midwest offers specialized landlord 'Lease End' Finishes.  These final floors cater to large scale warehouses/plants needing prior tenant floor damage removed (coatings, damage, sealers) and the floor returned to a new leasable condition without the expenditure of a new epoxy coating or polished concrete finish.  The unknown of future lease obligations or lessee final use for such facility can deter landlords from investing to full final finishes.  Therefore, Perfect CC Midwest has developed special finishes to remove damage and get the concrete to a usable but changeable state once final use is determined.
