Felts Construction Co., Inc.

C.C. Felts started in the construction business in 1894 in the Shawano area.  The company was incorporated in 1954 with O.F. Felts as president.  This is a fourth generation family-owned business located in the Shawano area for its entire existence.  Our credentials are through the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. We are General Contractors capable of performing our own flat work, poured walls, carpentry, structural steel, and finish work.  We sublet the mechanicals and specialty items and may sublet other phases of our work depending on schedule and location.   If a client prefers a Construction Management basis, we will work with them on that basis.

Felts Construction Company, Inc. has never failed to complete any work it was awarded.  We have never filed a lawsuit or requested arbitration proceedings with regards to construction contracts. 

When working with design professionals, we feel that all parties involved in the project should be able to express their ideas at one time. The design-build planning process allows for a well-defined, yet flexible financial plan and construction schedule. We are happy to meet with you at your convenience.

Typically, one of the Felts' is on site daily or as required. We feel this is necessary to handle any questions that may arise and need immediate communication with a subcontractor, owner, or architect.
