JCP Construction

JCP Construction, LLC was established in 2008 by brothers James, Jalin and Clifton Phelps. Our company originally focused on multi-family home renovations and matured within just 10 years, evolving into a commercial and large residential construction company. Our sister company, Equity Supply Group, LLC, is a supplier for the Wisconsin and Illinois regions.

JCP Construction is committed to employing a workforce that reflects the community we serve. We bring more than 40 years of combined experience to every project and provide an array of services including pre-construction, general contracting and construction management.  We focus on self-performing selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete and carpentry projects. Additionally, JCP has been a part of some of the most recognized projects in Wisconsin, including the Milwaukee Bucks Arena, Milwaukee Mitchell Airport and Northwestern Mutual to name a few.
