Skanska is one of the largest and most financially sound construction firms. For over 70 years, we have been providing construction management at risk (CMR) and agency construction management (CMA) services throughout NEw England and the United States.  Approximately 85% of all contracts entered into by Skanska utilize the CMR form of project delivery. Our presence in the Connecticut marketplace dates back over 26 years.

Our New Haven office is currently providing CMR services on over $450 million is projects throughout Connecticut. Some of these projects include: the University of Connecticut's Innovation Partnership Building and Yale University's 320 York Avenue Renovation.
