Scope Of Work
This Tenant Finish project was a complete interior gut and remodel to Class A space. We reconfigured an existing vault into restrooms, provided electrical upgrades, constructed glass walls surrounding individual offices and a conference room. Top of the line finishes and new millwork were incorporated throughout along with installation of state-of-the-art security, electronics, and work stations.
Alcorn coordinated with Independent Bank, the design team, and the building owner to provide an aesthetically rich, yet functional space for Independent Bank—Ranked #20 among Best Banks in America by Forbes Magazine. Alcorn completed the project on an accelerated schedule so that Independent Bank could open on time.
Additionally, the first floor common area was transformed from a dated space into a new welcoming interior through renovations and finish upgrades completed at the same time for the building owner.
11,013 SF Tenant Finish was completed on an accelerated schedule for the DTC bank branch to open on time. Additional common area renovations on the first floor for the building owner created a new welcoming interior which brightens the entrance and aesthetically complements the adjoining tenant area
