Our Story

In 1984, ACF was founded based on the premise that a technical sales channel focused on helping the customer implement emerging geosynthetic methods and products would drive an industry. Today, over 30 years later, we know we were right.

A History of Being First: ACF led the way in introducing geotextiles, geogrid, and cellular confinement products to the market. We pioneered products that have become todays’ standard; including silt fence, safety fence, paving fabric, MSE walls and geotextile filter bags.

Environmentally Responsible: Cleanliness of streams and waterways is crucial in today’s world. Competitors watch while ACF leads and builds upon our solid reputation in Erosion and Sediment Control, Low Impact Development, Stormwater Management, and Green Infrastructure techniques.

Helping Our Customers Be successful: We work hard to stay ahead of the constantly changing market, by working with the best suppliers in our industry. Every problem has a solution and we’ll help you find the right one.

Our goal is to promote construction products that are more sustainable, while remaining cost effective. Green has to be black. From our early patented SiltSack design to today’s high-flow biofiltration systems, ACF has always led the way.

Let’s Get it Done!

At ACF Environmental, we understand that every minute on a project means money. So, our team of geosynthetic experts focuses to solve your project challenges—from the first phone call to the last detail. We have a wide range of solutions from the best suppliers and a network of warehouses to deliver them when you want. Plus, ACF offers technical and job site support, and custom products if that’s what is needed. We are in an industry that needs answers, not more questions. Getting the job finished quickly and effectively makes all the difference. There’s work to do.
