Scope Of Work
The Walmart Neighborhood Market on East Sunshine Street In Springfield, MO is the 500th store of its kind. The new store will carry grocery, pharmaceutical and household items while providing an estimated 95 new jobs. Emery Sapp and Sons (ESS) was contracted through the Nabholz Construction Corporation to help develop the location. We performed the clearing and grading operations, installed various underground utilities, paved new sidewalk, curb and gutter, and the new entrance to the complex.
