The owners of Alexandra Fine Homes – Nestor & Paul Papageorge, literally grew up in a construction family. Even before graduating college, both brothers were heavily involved in the family construction business. From the early days sweeping up after dad's crews, to complete control of all aspects of the entire business of more than thirty employees. This involved not only “hands-on” architecture and construction, but the understanding of market trends, investment strategies, forward-thinking design, resale strategies, negotiating, and recognizing unique opportunities.

Our breadth of experience encompasses literally hundreds of commercial and residential projects, including many very high-profile ones. From the accolades received completing the highly publicized historical renovation of the landmark Cleveland Federal Courthouse, to the renovation and construction of hundreds of  homes in a wide array of price points, to our countless awards for design and craftsmanship, our many years of “hands-on” experience in the field and at the drafting table assures you that you are in capable hands.

Our detailed and organized system walks you through the design and building process—step by step. Our Selections Coordinator and A.S.I.D. Certified Interior Decorators will skillfully assist you throughout the selections process, helping you put your own personal stamp on your dream home. We are constantly exploring new design trends, construction methods, and better, “greener” materials. And because we are committed to using our expertise to help you do things right, you'll find the entire process wonderfully rewarding and enjoyable too.

So how do you get started? Before you decide on a builder, just call or contact us to schedule an absolutely free, “no-strings” design and budget consultation. We will discuss your project goals, your budget, and provide information and insight to help inform your decision and see if there might be a fit. No sales pitches, no pressure, and absolutely no cost or obligation to you.

If you don't already have a homesite, we'll help you find one. As both designer and builder, we look at land from a different perspective than most. We typically carry a small number of “hand-picked” premium homesites in inventory, but if we don't have the right lot for your family, we'll help you narrow down your choices and find the perfect spot. We can often negotiate favorable pricing through our long standing relationships with land developers, and we offer you the use of our real estate agent to help you make a thorough and well researched purchase that is perfect for your family. Already own your home but want to update? We will gladly stop over and give you our initial thoughts on your new remodeling or addition project.

Next, we will sit down with you and together begin the process of design, or you can bring your own plans or architect into our system. We are well-versed in many architectural styles, and are well known for our quality of design. Remember, our process is purposefully flexible in order to assure you the best possible home, the greatest value, and the most enjoyable building experience.
