PEI was founded by the current owner and president Rod Armes in 1995 and has served central and southern Indiana Clients with quality Fuel System installations, remediation, repairs, and compliance. Since 2010 PEI expanded its work to outside of Indiana through Government Contracts for petroleum services to Federal Government and DoD facilities. PEI performs work in most States east of the Mississippi River, California, and Puerto Rico. PEI will continue to expand throughout the CONUS.

PEI offers our Customers the skills they are seeking, essential Business integrity, and the Solutions for their Fuel Systems construction and maintenance needs. PEI is equally skilled in all types of NEW Tank and Fuel Systems Installations and OLD Tank Removal including Site Restoration. PEI also offers our customers maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance for their fuel systems using Annual Records Compliance (ACR LogBook(c)) and acting as their representative with Government Regulators. PEI also offers General Contracting and Maintenance Services for your building and site needs, local Excavating, Site work, Civil work, Demolition & Concrete work.

PEI builds, monitors, and maintains sites for many small oil jobbers, convenience store and gas station operators, airports, and marinas. PEI does Tanks and Systems for Heating Oil Systems, Boiler Operations, Emergency Generators, and Propane Systems. Federal, State, and Local Governments likewise trust PEI with their systems.
