Leisure Construction's founder, Sean Edwards, is a third?generation, fully certified Class A General Contractor, born and raised right here in the Tampa Bay area. Over the years he has built a sterling reputation based on his ability to deliver quality work from conception to completion. We pride ourselves on drilling down to the minute details of the plans and specifications, so as to give you a true accounting of all costs involved in building your project.

Our Estimator will take the lead during your pre-construction services working to ensure our estimate is to specs, within budget and delivered to you on time. Our field managers/superintendents are highly motivated to serve our customers and facilitate the on?site construction of all of our projects. Our Office Manager and Project Coordinator work diligently to ensure the full support of our team and timely processing of all submittals and documentation for each project.

What began as a family owned and operated business has greatly expanded through the years.
