Lee Batalis Construction & Excavating

In 1975, Batalis Construction, Inc. was founded by Bill and Teddie Batalis and became an authorized Metallic pre-engineered  steel building dealer.  The company specialized in pre-engineered steel buildings for the commercial and industrial fields.

Over the years Batalis Construction, Inc.  developed a reputation for being one of the area leading general contractors for turn key steel buildings.  In 2000, Bill Batalis retired and closed Batalis Construction, Inc.

In 2000, Lee Batalis Construction and Excavating, Inc. was founded by Lee Batalis and became an authorized Metallic pre-engineered steel building dealer.  Working for his dad (Bill) for 25 years,  Lee was given hands on experience that no text book could ever teach.  His jobs in the field were site layout, site excavation, foundation installation and subcontractor supervision. 

Over the years, Lee Batalis has taken a hands on approach to supervising the construction of your new pre-engineered steel building from the field, instead of from my office.  We do our own site layout, site excavation, concrete installation, steel erection and interior construction.  We subcontract all mechanical work.  What this means is faster job completion, quality controlled work and thousands of dollars less.  The fewer subcontractors there are, the lower your bottom line is. 

We sell Metallic pre-engineered steel buildings two ways:
                1).  Turn keyed or shell of building put up.
                2).  Building package delivered to you by semi tractor trailer for you to erect and finish out.
