Joel Graham has been in construction for 17 years coming through the ranks from apprentice to company owner.  Joel’s commitment to excellence is second to none and he has been satisfying clients all over the bay area and beyond for years.  He has been responsible for projects from several thousand, to several million dollars. Joel has served on the Board of Directors of a large drywall contractor.  His professionalism and communication skills are some of his strongest suits.

Has a 13-year back ground in design, construction and project management for multi-million dollar public works and private projects.  Travis has worked for large private contractors building refineries, food service plant and manufacturing facilities.  Since graduating from Fresno State with a BS in civil engineering in 1995, he has worked for both private engineering consulting firm and public agencies.  With strong communication and teamwork skills, he works to provide the highest level of service to his clients and team members.  Travis has been a registered professional engineer since 1998.

With degree in Business Management and emphasis in Real Estate, Tiffany is dynamic, highly dedicated, and well-experienced Project Coordinator with over 13 years of experience in the construction industry 8 of which at Vulcan. Working within a fast-paced environment demanding strong organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills. Understanding client needs and coordinating projects from start to finish. Tiffany also provides support for the business at large and strives to help improve workplace communication and efficiency with broad-based administrative support to help with achieving operational goals withinthe company.

Blaine brings with him over 30 years of experience in building trades.  He has had 10 years as a carpenter, 10 years as a commercial drywall foreman and 10 years as a commercial superintendent.  He has worked on multiple Class A build-outs, as well as high tech projects such as Cisco and Network Alliance.  Clients have applauded his commitment to excellence along with his can-do attitude and his determination to exceed expectations.

Chris has worked in the construction industry for 11 plus years in residential and commercial work.  With 7 years of experience as a project manager handling market ready build outs, tenant improvements, lab and OSHPD work, Chris prides himself on delivering what the customer wants on time and at budget.   His ability to budget, plan, manage a project with the customer’s interests being at the forefront of all decision making, has developed a national customer base that looks to him for their projects.

Ed has been a construction project manager in the Bay Area since 1985.  He brings his varied skills and experience in commercial, industrial, retail, medical and restaurant construction to build quality teams that deliver the client’s vision in the final product.  His philosophy of “place myself in my clients shoes” brings perspective to customer service.  He is responsible for estimating, client liaison, project management of assigned projects, pre-construction services, subcontractor evaluation and various other duties.

Joe is well known in the construction marketplace and in the subcontractor community as a pro-active and responsive team leader.  He enjoys teaming with the entire field to accomplish the client’s construction vision on time and on budget.  The final construction product is testament to his planning and project management expertise.

Michelle received her bachelors’ degree in 2014 and started her construction experience as a Project Coordinator with Vulcan Construction shortly after graduating. She has been around construction her whole life and knew this is where she wanted to start and pursue her career. She has now been working with Vulcan for 5 years, constantly learning, gaining knowledge and experience with the support of her colleagues. She has been working her way up to becoming a full time Project Manager, and continues to love building new relationships with clients, architects, and property teams. She looks forward to continually gaining more experience and maintaining relationships every day throughout the coming years

Steve works as a Senior Project Manager on a variety of assignments ranging from ground-up new construction projects to commercial tenant improvements and renovations. Steve has gained well rounded experience in a range of construction project applications over his career. His ability to manage the sequencing of a project, coupled with strong client relationships, makes him a positive addition to any construction project team. Steve has over 18 years of construction-management experience ranging from design build to new construction and commercial tenant fit-outs. Steve excels in managing projects from the early stages of conceptual design through planning, construction and close out. Steve works together with clients, design professionals and project-related personnel on coordination, scheduling and implementation of the project details in order to build a successful project. Steve is a registered certified construction manager.

Lana leads the accounting function at Vulcan Construction, with 25 years of an accounting career and 17 years in construction accounting. She loves numbers and spreadsheets, figuring things out and optimizing accounting processes. Lana is CPA candidate and a ProCore certified construction financials pm.

She works directly with the CFO & CEO of the company, performing multiple Accounting responsibilities. With 17 years of accounting experience, she keeps accurate records of both accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner and clients pay within the terms on their agreements.  With more than 10 years of experience in construction Michelle is a great asset the accounting department.

Megan joined the Vulcan team in 2020 working as a Project and Safety Coordinator.
She is currently attending college to receive her degree in Construction Management and has received her OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications. As a Project Coordinator, Megan provides support to and under the direction of the Project Managers for all aspects of the construction process. Her primary responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and preparing documents to keep job progress on track. As a Safety Coordinator, Megan monitors projects and assists management problem solve any issues that may arise. Her primary obligations in this role include planning, implementing, and overseeing Vulcan’s employee’s safety on the project site.

With 20 years of knowledge and experiences in the construction industry, Stefan is well known in the construction community as a pro-active and responsive team leader.  As Vulcan’s General Superintendent, he oversees all superintendents and daily field operations consisting of 10-20 active construction sites. He closely monitors all projects along with any problems that may arise, provides quality control and safety program implementation on all project sites. Ensuring that specifications are enforced, work proceeds on schedule and within budget, together as a team he ensures successful project completions.
