Scope Of Work
New administrative, vehicle maintenance and warehouse complex completed for the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection to support 320 border patrol agents.
The six facilities in the complex consist of a 47,000 SF main building for offices, administration, training and detention; a 22,000 SF maintenance building; an 8,000 SF warehouse; a 4,000 SF canine facility; a 2,000 SF covered fueling station and 3,000 SF vehicle wash station.
