Our Story
CAFI is an Asset-Based Lender that was founded in 1995 to provide an "Alternative Source of Financing" for Commercial Construction Contractors and small-to-large sized companies that generate accounts receivable.
For over 15 years, CAFI Arizona has been working with many leading local Arizona companies in need of short term financing solutions. The credit challenges that businesses are faced with and the Federal oversight continues to impact local banks and lending institutions. Local banks have the confidence in CAFI Arizona and have referred many clients to us for quick support to their challenges.
CAFI Arizona provides solutions to their cash flow needs. Our customer base includes companies that perform work and services for Federal Agencies, the State of Arizona, Cities and Universities throughout the State and Fortune 500 companies. We have a lengthy resume of General Contractors that allow our company to support their Subcontractors with their cash flow which gives them the ability to pay their employees and vendors timely and take advantage of supplier discounts until they pay their subs.

CAFI Arizona is self-funded and owner operated. This provides flexibility and quick responses to funding requests. Our funding program provides an Invoice Line of Credit for emerging businesses that may or may not meet strict lending requirements of banks and/or financial institutions, but have a strong base of credit worthy accounts receivable. |
