He currently holds General Contractor licenses in many states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada. He spends much of his time in the field giving every client and each project his personal attention to ensure the CWC standard of highquality work and client satisfaction is maintained. Kevin continues to strive for excellence throughout the entire construction process. While Kevin is recognized by clients and industry professionals alike for his comprehensive technical ability and exemplary performance, he continuously strives to expand his expertise and improve company policies and procedures. Jeff Whiting has over twenty-five years of onsite construction management experience, specializing in large and complex projects. In his position as Project Estimator, Jeff utilizes his diverse experience and skills to create award-winning proposals and foster lasting relationships with new and existing clientele. He works closely with these clients as well as subcontractors throughout the entire bid process. With his vast knowledge of the construction industry, Jeff is a vital member of the CWC team. His ability to understand and communicate the project scope of work helps guarantee accurate costs and client satisfaction.

Daniel Stacy has over twelve years of construction management experience. His projects range from new construction upwards of $30mil to small remodel projects. He also has a strong background in IT systems and infrastructure.   As a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, Dan manages multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Proficient in construction management oversight, various construction standards and code requirements, his primary areas of responsibility involves successfully completing simultaneous projects while balancing the client's needs, code requirements and business guidelines.

Michelle Kelcher Judkins has over twelve years of experience in the construction industry. She manages of all aspects of project delivery and company operations. As a forward-thinking and hands-on Project Manager, Michelle ensures efficient project delivery on multiple concurrent and complex projects. She fosters teamwork and effective communication between all stakeholders, working closely with the owner, architect, engineers, and construction team throughout project completion.

Andre’ Sampson has over nineteen years of onsite construction management experience. With a wide range of experience from private to residential, Andre specializes in complex commercial construction. Andre’ consistently leads project teams through comprehensive project completion using his exceptional organization, critical thinking, and time management skills. His unsurpassed communication practices allow him to establish and drive aggressive and complex schedules. His welcoming approach and ability to convey direction in a proactive manner keeps his projects on schedule and within budget.

Christian Garcia has over fifteen years experience in the construction industry. He possesses a comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures, methods, practices, materials, equipment, tools, precautions, and utilities. His time management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills in conjunction with his experience make Chris an integral member of any project team.   Christian successfully manages multiple teams performing a variety of activities on numerous projects simultaneously. His expertise and professionalism ensures quality workmanship certain to impress every project owner.  

Nick Finley has over eleven years of responsible onsite construction management experience. His experience ranges from small remodels to multimillion dollar construction projects.   As a highly accomplished and experienced Project Superintendent, Nick is responsible for supervising the day?to?day field operations of complex commercial construction projects. Nick provides our clients with the high?quality results that come with his dedication, knowledge, and leadership skills. Nick uses his ability to effectively lead professionals of all backgrounds and experience levels to mentor junior staff and foster a team atmosphere both in the office and onsite. With his passion for construction and natural instinct to build, Nick is an asset on any project.

Tim Kemmis has over seventeen years of onsite construction management experience.    His experience has been in large grocery store remodels. Tim has also spent his time operating large and small equipment with experience in grading.   In Tim’s current role as a Project Superintendent, he works very diligently to see that plans are followed and deadlines are met according to guidelines set by current and prospective clients. He is responsible for establishing a professional and positive work environment. This includes: managing a crew of employees on the jobsite with positive and productive feedback, following plans, conducting weekly safety meetings, and delegating and following up on tasks needing completion to keep the job on schedule. Tim has a very confident and easy going approach to projects; he is a pleasure and positive asset to any jobsite.
