George E. Mcinnis 's Bio
Drawing on his strong background in engineering and five decades of construction experience, George provides strategic vision and overall construction management for McInnis Brothers. George began his work at McInnis Brothers in 1968. George’s aggressive management style, combined with his experience in all types of construction, enables him to assist the company in ensuring project completion quickly and safely while maintaining budget controls. His positive attitude and ability to communicate with the entire construction team on a project has earned him the respect and confidence of owners.
George has served on the Vestry of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Minden many times and additionally, has served as Senior Warden. He has been the Chairman of the Minden Chamber of Commerce and was named Minden Man of the Year. He is a member of the Committee of 100 in Shreveport, a Trustee of the Public Affairs Research Council, and has served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the State Fair of Louisiana. George was instrumental in the formation of the Minden Main Street Project and served as its president for six years. He has served twice as president of the Shreveport chapter of Associated General Contractors and has been involved in Cotillion for many years.
George holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.
George and his wife Boopie love traveling and spending time with family and friends. They are members of Holy Nativity Episcopal Church in Panama City.
Harry E. Mcinnis, Jr. 's Bio
Harry is a respected, integrity-driven leader with more than 45 years of construction experience. Harry began his career at McInnis Brothers in 1970 and continues to provide vital direction today. He has primary responsibility for business development, including initial contact with prospects, and overseeing management of projects to successful completion.
Harry twice served a term as president of the Associated General Contractors, Shreveport. He is a past president of the Committee of 100 of Shreveport-Bossier, LSU-S Foundation, Minden Chamber of Commerce, LSU Alumni Association, Minden Economic Development Corporation, Minden Jaycees, and Norwela Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He also served as Chairman of the Advisory Board for Northwest Louisiana Vocational Technical School. Harry is an active member of First United Methodist Church of Shreveport, where he has served as a member of the Board of Trustees, the Building Committee, the Finance Committee, and the Church Council.
Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctorate in Law from Louisiana State University Law School.
Harry and his wife Frances enjoy traveling and spending time with their grandchildren. They are active members of First United Methodist Church in Shreveport.
Richard Harris 's Bio
Richard’s commitment to excellence is unmistakable in the many complex and unique projects he has successfully managed for McInnis Brothers. Richard has more than twenty years of professional construction experience and has been with McInnis Brothers since 2003. In addition to project administration, he has a substantial role in implementing the company’s strategic business plan and is instrumental in its business development and geographical expansion.
Richard graduated from Northeast Louisiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He is a member of the Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs Council, a Past President of the Shreveport Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, and currently serves as President of the Dallas Caddo Club.
Richard and his wife Sarah have two children and are members of First Baptist Church in Shreveport.

M. Philip Mcinnis 's Bio
Fresh out of graduate school, Philip began working with the insurance, human resources, technology, and administration matters of McInnis Brothers Construction in 1973. Philip’s responsibilities include maintaining and accounting for corporate funds, observing corporate formalities, and maintaining corporate records.
Philip has served as Chairman, Board Member, and member of the Executive Committee for the Minden/South Webster Chamber of Commerce, Chairman for the Minden Medical Center Board (advisory), and President and recipient of the Lion of the Year Award at the Minden Downtown Lions Club. Philip has also served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Northwest Louisiana, the Strand Theatre Corporation, and the Shreveport Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Shreveport Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.
Philip holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
Philip and his wife Kathy are active members of First United Methodist Church in Minden, where he has served as Chairman of the Administrative Council, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Chairman of the Pastor-Parish Relations Committee, and Chairman of the Stewardship Committee.
