Outland Builders, Inc. has an attitude about your project that differs from many general contractors. We place ourselves in your shoes, and try to look at the project through your eyes. In an ideal situation, we’ll have the opportunity to work with you from concept to completion.

During the concept phase we would love the chance to talk to you about the constructability of your project, different options for materials used, the long term impact they will provide you, and the potential options for other products that are available. Sometimes, the cheapest option in the short-term is not the cheapest in the long-term. At different times, some products may have long order times that will impact schedule, and early knowledge of this will allow you and your designer to make good decisions with all the information available. Give us the chance to help you early on, and you won’t be disappointed.

During the construction phase, we go to great lengths to keep you informed of the ongoing work, and of any decisions that need to be made. We work with customers who want to be an integral part of the construction process, and we work with others who want nothing more than to be kept apprised of the progress. We’ll tailor our service to meet your needs. It’s all about you – the customer.

Project closeout is in many ways what makes a project successful. We stick with you until the project is completely wrapped up – and we mean completely. You can ask our customers. “Close enough” or “nearly done” is not part of our vocabulary. Sometimes it takes a force of will to bring all the different players to completion, and we’re not afraid to be that force.
