Ryan serves as Battle Creek Construction's Director of Pre-construction Services. In this role, Ryan leads the project scope-development and bidding processes. With extensive architectural-design drafting experience, Ryan produces professional quality drawings that often serve as a basis of design for our customers. In addition, Ryan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, providing leadership and strategic planning for the firm. Ryan's attention to detail and professionalism have earned him respect among his industry colleagues and subcontractors.

Matt serves as the Director of Business Development for Battle Creek Construction. In this position, he works to develop a solid rapport with new clients and maintains strong connections with subcontractors and existing customers. His previous management of large government contracts has given him a thorough understanding of governmental processes and procedures. This enables him to communicate with customers effectively and ensure each project is performed with the customer's needs as a priority from inception to completion. He strives to meet the requirements of all Battle Creek clients by learning about their long-term goals and objectives. His passion for the construction industry is evident in all aspects of his work.
