Zinga Construction, Inc.

Zinga Construction, Inc. is not the General Contractor with all the tower cranes around town, we are the GC that hires local subcontractors to achieve a common goal. We work with  Architects, Engineers, Business Owners, Property Managers and Investors to see their vision become reality. Here at Zinga, we strive to make the building process as painless and seamless as possible. 

Zinga Construction, Inc. was founded in 2002 by Dave Van Doren. Dave has been involved in the construction industry since he was old enough to swing a hammer.

Before starting Zinga, Dave worked for Gerald H. Phipps as a project engineer and Woodcrest Homes as a project manager.  Previously, he worked for several home building and remodeling companies.

Dave graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, and from Wentworth Institute of Technology with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Building Construction Technology.

Since it’s founding, Zinga has remodeled and built dozens of commercial properties, multi-family structures and custom homes along the Front Range of Colorado. We work hard to ensure that you get excellent quality work on time and within your budget.  

Zinga holds a Class B license in Denver and a Class A license in Aurora along with various licenses in most other Cities around the Metro area..
