Scope Of Work
Doster was selected as General Contractor for the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s $35 million student center. The new 159,000 square foot, 4-story student center consists of a food service and dining area, performance lounge, retail store, book store, outdoor patio dining, coffee shop, 280-seat theater, meeting rooms, office suites, approximately 7,000 square foot multi-purpose room, and an exterior third-floor balcony. The project also includes the demolition and replacement of an existing parking lot, site paving, and landscaping.
