Scope Of Work

This Shell gas station recently endured a devastating fire.

The client wanted to rebuild and was looking for a fresh look. The idea was simple; demo the current location and start from scratch! The client gave Prasayus complete freedom on the finish of the store. Everything from the countertops to the floor finish, even the paint colors. The creative freedom gave birth to the owner's new prototype for his business which he now calls the Valley Ranch Market.

The store is approximately 6,000 sq. ft. It was created with towers on each corner with one tower enclosing the office for the client. There are granite countertops throughout with travertine 18 x 18 floor tile in the customer area. The base cove was topped off with a copper bull nose cap for a great finish detail.

The ceiling is completely exposed, showing off the full 60' TGI trusses resting every three feet. The entire HVAC system was ran with rigid duct work to give a more industrial look to the project. The final outcome was a one of a kind business with a new look that helped increase the store's business 30% in the first month of reopening!
