Yerba Buena Builders is a Northern California general contracting firm which has operated in nearly every San Francisco Bay Area county in Northern California.  Our specialty is found in commercial tenant improvements, large and small, with a unique niche in medical and food related industry construction.  The founders and owners of Yerba Buena Builders, Patrick O’Hara and Jim Pantera, have a combined experience of over 50 years of general commercial contracting, and therefore, have developed strong relationships within the Northern California contracting and permit industry.  With offices located on Treasure Island, between Oakland and San Francisco, a central location within the Bay Area, we are able to provide excellent management oversight with quick response times to service the needs of our clients.
