Charles C Klein's Bio
Chris oversees daily operations, long term planning, business oversight and vision for the company. He has been in commercial, higher education and healthcare construction for over 40 years and has worked in many aspects of the industry, including HVAC sub-contracting, Inspection and Quality Control, Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative and General Contractor. Chris worked as an Inspector of Record on OSHPD projects for 10 years and has an excellent understanding of Title 24 Regulations, OSHPD requirements and City/County Building Codes.
Chris previously worked on staff at UCSB in the role of Inspector, Project Manager, Assistant Fire Marshal and Plan Checker. While at UCSB, Chris worked on the Chemistry Building (Hazardous Occupancy)- $40 million, Institute of Theoretical Physics Building—$25 million and two new building additions to the existing Student Union Building and renovations to 75% of the existing Student Union Building and Student Housing upgrades.
Chris still maintains his certification as an OSHPD Inspector of Record. CCK/LAH has been providing project management and general contracting services in Southern California for over eleven years and is still serving clients with all of their construction needs.

Over 20 years of experience in the construction industry including tenant improvement project management and estimating of building renovations, healthcare facilities and government security projects. Areas of service extend throughout all of Southern California, coordinating the requirements of the clients with architects, tenants, government agents and subcontractors. Exceptional leadership strengths in design-build commercial projects, pre-construction, project estimation, scheduling, value engineering, negotiating/administering contracts, bid comparison analysis and managing takeoff quantities.
Responsibilities include business development, hiring process and training of new and current project managers, estimators and field superintendents as well as implement and maintain policies and procedures for estimating, design, scheduling, project planning and construction to ensure the successful operation of the business and client projects.

Imelda Rodriguez's Bio
With 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, Imelda is responsible for accurate project approval on all invoices and Subcontractor payment application. She manages the payable and receivable department. Imelda is a key member of the project team working directly with project managers to create and maintain job budgets and preparing job cost reports. Overall business management includes billing ,financial reports, licensing, onboarding new employees, Payroll, Certified Payroll and HR Department.

Rory Schneider's Bio
Rory Schneider is a highly motivated, self-directed professional with over 15 years of managing complex, multi-phase projects ranging in size from $500K to $250M. One of Rory’s major areas of focus is in healthcare construction. Having worked directly in assigned healthcare systems, Rory understands and ensures compliance to OSHPD, CBC, CDPH, CMS, JCAHO and NFPA regulations. Rory clearly understands the hospital needs specifically through many years of managing and coordinating facility operational needs such as departmental coordination/phasing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & med gas shutdowns, issuing and managing Infection Control Risk Assessments and implementing Interim Life Safety measures while projects are in the Planning, Design and Construction phases.

Tony Maldonado's Bio
Tony has accumulated over 29 years of experience in project management specializing in Healthcare, Medical Imaging Projects. He has instituted cost and scheduling controls on various projects in addition to establishing best practices. Tony has been involved with projects from inception through design and construction. Tony has managed and led architects, engineers and other design consultants to insure the design layout will be the optimum for customer usage and compliance. He also manages time lines for the project by managing and coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors and the design team.
Tony is experienced with working with project inspectors in addition to City, State and County agencies having jurisdiction on the project. Tony resides in San Bernardino County and is readily available to attend meetings and be on-site as required.
York Davenport's Bio
With over 30 years experience in the construction and construction management industry, York is an seasoned construction management professional. With proven abilities in leadership, training, team building, process improvement, change management and goal setting, York brings a deep wealth of construction management experience to his projects.
Education: BA-History, University of San Bernardino w/teaching credential, AS-Engineering, Mount San Jacinto Community College, AA-Behavioral Sciences, San Jacinto Community College. York holds a California State Contractors, Class B License and teaches construction management and fundamentals of construction costs, estimating and budgeting at UC Riverside Extension, CA.
