Big Apple Bagels, owner operators Paul and Katie Wollam, located at 5129 Illinois Road, Suite 101 in the Shoppes of Illinois Road, awarded Shawnee Construction & Engineering, Inc. a $120,000 dollar contract for the construction of a 1950 square foot tenant finish. Construction is slated for completion in early 2011. The project architect is WKM and Associates.
