TW Constructor’s founder, Todd Weaver, formed and grew TW Constructors from his work and life experiences. In his ventures into the construction industry, his employers’ mentorships and the lessons of his family life fostered an entrepreneurial drive in Todd to found his own company with his vision for how the culture should be in this industry.

In 2002 he founded Legacy Building Group, a design-build general contracting firm that afforded him the opportunity to pay-back the community and provide opportunities in the construction industry to individuals and groups that might not have previously been afforded such chances. Legacy grew into a successful company in the St. Louis metropolitan area and subsequently spawned several off-shoots in various trades the construction industry. This included acquisition of an existing mechanical company in 2006, later renamed to Mechanical Solutions, Inc., the founding of TW Constructors in 2012, the founding Fire Solutions in 2015, and the acquisition of Midwest Consulting & Services, LLC in 2020, now doing business as Glazing Solutions. As these entities evolve and grow, they have each attained significant market share in the regional design build contracting community. The successes of the companies individually and collectively, has enable Mr. Weavers entities to become renown as the “Go To” Minority Owned Construction business within our markets.

Todd’s companies grew from his bold initiative at a very early age. At twelve years old, Todd took the brave and bold steps to reach out to a local construction company and request an opportunity for a job to help with family expenses. Weaver was hired and given the chance to perform odd-jobs, site mowing, warehouse clean-up, any task he could muster working two to three hours a day after school. This work not only provided him a job, but grew his interest in the industry and led him to a college degree, a career in the construction industry and his entrepreneurial drive.

TW Constructors is guided by Todd Weaver’s beliefs and philosophies developed in his earliest years in the industry working for his mentor. Those founding pillars are hard work and a team effort, surround himself with the best and brightest of talent and to work for like minded clients who value the relationship and dedication to their interest.

Today, TW Constructors is a general contracting and construction management company that specializes in the design/build market. The company continues to grow in its projects as well as beginning to diversify regionally to new markets bringing a new vision to these markets of a diverse contractor capable of delivering the highest quality projects to clients and expand the diversity of opportunities in the construction industry to those that might not have considered the possibilities.
