Let us introduce ourselves. C & C Elite Construction, Inc. has been in business since 2010. Herminia Carral and Pedro Carral are the owners. Prior to C&C Elite, Pedro Carral owned a company Carral Construction Company since 1999. Pedro Carral holds a Certified Building Contractor’s license in the State of Florida CBC1250033.

Through the years C&C Elite Construction has done work for high profile companies and organizations which include Walt Disney World, Reedy Creek Improvement District, Hyatt Grand Cypress Hotel, Brooks Investments Company, American Lung Association,  FEMA among others.

C&C Elite Construction Inc. is certified as Minority Business with the Minority Business Enterprise.

We have had the privilege to work with many commercial clients on a variety of projects. C & C Elite have always focused on adding value to our projects. Our detail cost estimating system gives  clients relevant information in order to make good business decisions. During the commercial preconstruction process our construction managers take the time necessary to thoroughly review the documents before the first shovel is put in the ground.

C&C Elite Construction Inc has performed FEMA Blue Tarp Installations as subcontractor services in  accordance with federal specifications and requirements. Our management, employees and suppliers understands the commitment and service on our clients. Performing more than 14 million dollars of general construction , construction management and engineering services through subsidiaries companies Gongar Construction and Carral Management in Manati and Mayaguez Medical Centers (MMC) located in Puerto Rico.
