Scope Of Work
This center was challenging due to the topography of the site. The site actually drops off ‘in the rear’ to expose a 2 Story Structure. With additional access in the rear the oversized parking lot allows for it to service a Self-Storage component in the rear. Additional, traditional retail shoppes flank this Panera as the lead retailer in the L-Shape ‘center’ position.
