Active Leads:
Project Leads Messaged to your Company, which is powered
by BB-Bid.
• "Page 1" position enables BB-Bid users - typically, Real Estate Developers, General Contractors and Facility Managers - to quickly find and message your company "Invitations to Bid" for Services or "Requests for Quote" for materials and equipment.
• View complete details of projects, including links to online plan rooms, and communicate your Interest in Bidding.
• Users that create a private Blue Book Online Plan Room enable customers to view and download plans and specifications for FREE.
Project Leads Promoted to your Trade, which is powered
by BidScope.
• Users of The Blue Book's messaging applications can promote their private projects to customers in their specified categories.
• Government project leads are now available for Blue Book Customers.
• Some government project leads provide access to online plans and specifications along with bidders lists and low bid results.
• Add your company to the bidders lists of government projects so "Buyers" can solicit bids from you and "Sellers" can submit bids to you.
To access all the information that is available from the leads you receive, follow these simple steps.
• To view your leads, simply click on the "Project Title" or "Details" logo.
• To access the company(s) that is soliciting a bid from you, click under the "Bidders List" column.
• To view plan information, click under the "Plans" column when available.
• By printing or saving a project this will add it to the "My Projects" tab. Where you can track and manage your projects from the "Dashboard"
Enter Leads:
Your Blue Book
Targeted Marketing Program delivers project leads in many ways. For leads
not received in the BB-Bid network -
leads you receive via phone, email, or fax - just enter the project information below so
you can track and manage from your Dashboard under the "My Projects"
tab.
Archived Leads:
This folder holds all of your deleted leads up to
90 days. You
can show leads from 30/60/90 days. You also have the ability to restore
your leads from this folder.
Modify Filters:
To Modify your Filters, click on the "Modify
Filters" link.
(This applies to both BB-Bid & BidScope Project Leads.)
Filtering options include:
• Region (entire Blue Book program or specify a particular region)
• County (narrow your region by specific counties)
• Owner Type (private and government local, state and federal)
• Keyword Project Owner (ie: County of Westchester, Los Angles USFD)
• Keyword Project Title & Scope (ie: Office Building, Roofing, Generators)
• Bid Due Date (specify your preferred lead time to Bid Due Dates)
After you establish your criteria, click on the “Save Filters” button.
Expanded Search:
To view additional project leads click on the “Expanded
Search” link.
Expanded Search filtering options include:
• Region (you will have access to search all Blue Book regions)
• County (you can narrow your search to specific counties)
• Classification (using a keyword search, you can only select an individual classification)
• Owner Type (private and government local, state and federal)
• Keyword Project Owner (ie: County of Westchester, Los Angles USFD)
• Keyword Project Title & Scope (ie: Office Building, Roofing, Generators)
• Bid Due Date (specify your preferred lead time to Bid Due Dates)
After you establish your criteria, click the “Run This Project Search” button.
This will return you to where you can view the summary and/or details of each project lead.
