If you are experiencing some difficulties using BB-Bid, you may want to try clearing your cache or upgrading your browser.  When you clear your cache, you are removing old locally stored pages and forcing your browser to retrieve the latest most up to date information from the website you are visiting.  Just follow the instructions below, if you have any questions please call our support staff at (888) 303-2243.

 To Clear Your Cache In Microsoft Internet Explorer:

In Microsoft Internet Explorer:
  1. Go to another website other than thebluebook.com, for example www.yahoo.com.
  2. Select Tools from the top menu bar.
  3. Select Internet Options from the Tools sub menu.
  4. Select the General tab.
  5. In the section, under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.
  6. Click in the box to place a check mark to the left of Delete all offline content. Click OK.
  7. Click x to close the Internet Options window.

 

 To Clear Your Cache In NetScape:
 
In Netscape:
  1. Go to another website other than thebluebook.com, for example www.yahoo.com.
  2. Select Edit from the top menu bar.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. In the left side of the window click on the plus (+) symbol to the left of Advanced.
  5. Click Cache from the Advanced submenu.
  6. In the right side of the window, click on Clear Memory Cache.  Click OK.
  7. In the right side of the window, click on Clear Disk Cache.  Click OK.
  8. Click x to close the Preferences window.
